To rent a vehicle, you must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving license. Some vehicle categories may require a minimum age of 23 or 25 years and additional driving experience.
2. Driving License
A valid driving license is required at the time of rental. International customers may be required to present an International Driving Permit depending on their country of origin.
3. Booking and Confirmation
Bookings can be made online or through direct contact. A booking is confirmed only after receiving confirmation from our team. We reserve the right to offer similar vehicle categories depending on availability.
4. Payments
Payment conditions will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. We may accept payment upon delivery depending on the agreement. Prices include agreed services and do not include any undisclosed fees.
5. Insurance
All vehicles include insurance coverage as specified at the time of booking. A deductible may apply in case of damage or accident where the driver is responsible.
6. Vehicle Use
The vehicle must be used responsibly and only for legal purposes. It is strictly prohibited to use the vehicle for illegal activities, racing, or off-road driving unless explicitly permitted.
7. Fuel Policy
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as delivered. Additional charges may apply if the fuel level is lower upon return.
8. Rental Period
The rental period is defined at the time of booking. Late returns may result in additional charges based on the delay duration.
9. Delivery and Return
We offer delivery and return services in Agadir and other agreed locations. Additional fees may apply for locations outside standard service areas.
10. Liability
The renter is responsible for the vehicle during the rental period. In case of damage, accident, or misuse, the renter may be held financially responsible according to the rental agreement.
